As determined by ATO 14.448 of 12/04/2017 (published on 01/02/2018), as of 90 days from the date of publication of this Act, in the certification of restricted radiation equipment, the conducting Radiated Emission and Radiated Immunity tests – ATO 952 – Items 6.1.1.1 and 6.1.1.2).
Regarding the period informed of 90 days after the date of publication of this Act, contracts signed and maintenance performed as of 04/02/2018, must meet the conditions presented below:
I Sub-item 4.1.6, which determines the applicability of the technical requirements of Electromagnetic Compatibility;
II The out-of-band or spurious emission limits for the frequency bands 72-73 MHz, 74.6-74.8 MHz and 75.2-76 MHz contained in table XV of item 20; and
III The change in the frequency range of restricted use for wireless microphones from 614-806 MHz to 614-698 MHz in table XV of item 20.
Approved restricted radiation equipment will be updated in the maintenance processes.
