WARRANTY AND DISTRIBUTION
Although ITC is a company focused on telecommunications product compliance, we have an adequate structure to provide guarantees and technical assistance. In most cases, the maintenance action is the total exchange of equipment that is done in partnership with the manufacturer.
In cases of minor repairs, the company has a workshop equipped with advanced tools and equipment such as a spectrum analyzer with high range 100Hz – 26.5GHz (model: Advantest R3271A), which we also use to perform pre-test technical evaluation for normative tests of the Anatel when necessary.
ITC does not directly distribute products in the domestic market, however we have partnerships with some distributors in the country, and we can support our customers in finding a distributor for their final purpose. We can also act as an importer/broker in case of test samples.
